CARROLLWOOD — The Carrollwood Cultural Center and pianist Franz Mantini will welcome guest artist James Connors to the 2023 edition of Strings in the Spring on March 26 at the Carrollwood Cultural Center.

Connors has been principal cellist at The Florida Orchestra since 1988. He will retire at the end of the current orchestra season.

Connors and Mantini will perform Beethoven’s 3rd Sonata in A major and works by both Clara and Robert Schumann.

The concert will begin at 2 p.m. Admission is $15 for members and $20 general admission. The concert can be streamed live for $10.

The Carrollwood Cultural Center is located at 4537 Lowell Road.
