Lip Sync for Lungs

The sixth annual Lip Sync for Lungs fundraiser for the American Lung Association brought together local celebrities in an effort to end lung cancer and promote lung health.
Using her cellphone camera to capture the fun on stage, Jamie Anderson and Noelle Soncrant of Clearwater get a kick out of the performance of Sister Agatha Frisky & The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence perform Dolly Parton songs “9-5” and “Nothing Dirty Going On” and “Two Doors Down.”

Lip-sync judges Kristina and Kirby Lavalle, Sybil Stenonis, and Richard Boisvert could not come up with one winner. The judges found the performances were too close to call, so all three acts were deemed the winners.

In a previously recorded performance on a big screen, last year’s lip-synch winner, Jamal Wilbur, entertained the 80 or so audience members before the start of this year’s contest.
